Clarity for the extraordinary collector

We curate and auction extraordinary physical assets across six core categories: Vintage Autos, Fine Arts, Historic Artifacts, Fine Wine & Rare Spirits, Luxury Timepieces & Accoutrements, and Historical Memorabilia. Every piece is rigorously evaluated for rarity, cultural significance, and verified provenance before being admitted to our auction catalog.

No. To preserve absolute market transparency and true market value, all assets on Blink Marketplace are sold exclusively through live competitive bidding. We do not offer fixed-price buyouts or immediate purchase options under any circumstances.

Trust and integrity are central to our platform. Prior to approval, every item undergoes physical inspection by independent specialists—including horologists, art historians, certified master mechanics, and master sommeliers. Comprehensive condition reports, high-resolution visual documentation, and verified ownership records are published on each lot page prior to auction launch.

To maintain an exclusive, secure bidding environment and verify serious collector intent, participants must unlock bidding access by placing a fully refundable Prestige Deposit. If you do not win the lot, your deposit is automatically released back to your available wallet balance.

If you are unable to participate in a live auction room, you may authorize a confidential maximum bid ceiling. Our system will automatically increment your bids based on the set personality trait only when competing bids are placed against you, ensuring you secure the lot at the lowest possible price without ever exceeding your set threshold.

To prevent last-second sniping and ensure every interested collector has a fair opportunity to respond, placing a bid within the final moments of an active auction automatically extends the countdown clock. The room remains active until all competitive bidding naturally concludes.

A winning bid constitutes a binding purchase commitment. Winning bidders receive an official settlement invoice and have a strict window (typically 48 to 72 hours) to complete the remaining balance. Failure to settle within this timeframe constitutes a default, resulting in the forfeiture of part or whole of the Prestige Deposit and may result in permanent account suspension.

Yes. All financial transactions, wallet funding, and final settlements are handled through fully licensed, internationally regulated financial institutions. We utilize dedicated cross-border virtual accounts for global collectors, and acquisition funds are held in secure escrow until physical delivery and final sign-off are complete.

We orchestrate specialized, white-glove logistics tailored to the specific demands of each asset class. This includes climate- and humidity-controlled transport for fine wines, enclosed air-ride flatbeds for classic automobiles, and armored, fully insured transit for fine art, rare artifacts, and luxury timepieces.

No. To protect the privacy of our buyers and preserve the exclusivity of completed transactions, asset listings are completely removed from active platform search catalogs once an auction room is closed. Only active and upcoming scheduled lots remain publicly accessible.

We partner with both private collectors (Individual Consignors) and established institutions (Professional Dealers, galleries, and trade specialists). All prospective sellers must complete background verification and grant physical access for specialist appraisal before a listing date is granted.

A Reserve Price is the confidential minimum price agreed upon between the consignor and Blink Marketplace below which the item will not be sold. Pre-sale estimates provided by our specialist team reflect market value comparisons and serve as an authoritative benchmark for perspective buyers prior to bidding.

Consignors begin by submitting digital documentation and provenance history for review by our department heads. Once preliminary criteria are met, an in-person evaluation is conducted by our field appraisers. Upon approval, we handle professional cataloging, photography, and auction room positioning.

Yes. Qualified collectors participating in high-value sales can request confidential private viewings or virtual walk-throughs with the designated category specialist. Additional high-resolution imagery and direct specialist Q&A are also accessible directly from the lot catalog page.

Settlements are accepted in USD and NGN, via wire transfer and accredited banking channels. International buyers are assigned dedicated settlement accounts to streamline cross-border wire routing and expedite escrow clearances.

In accordance with international auction standards, a standard Buyer's Premium is calculated as a percentage of the final hammer price and added to the closing settlement invoice. Full fee schedules and transparent breakdowns are presented prior to lot authorization.

Upon arrival of your asset via white-glove transport, winning buyers are granted a dedicated inspection window to confirm that the item precisely matches the published condition report. Purchase funds remain held safely in escrow and are only disbursed to the consignor after physical verification and formal acceptance.

We maintain strict confidentiality standards for high-net-worth collectors and institutions. Bidding activity in live rooms is displayed exclusively using bidder identifiers, and identity details are never disclosed to third parties or opposing auction participants.

Blink Marketplace is a digital auction house for exceptional and collectible objects. Through Blink Assets Auction, we connect qualified buyers, collectors, dealers and consignors through professionally curated, time-bound Auction Rooms where exceptional objects can be discovered, evaluated and competitively acquired. Unlike a conventional online catalogue where assets remain available indefinitely, Blink is built around the event and excitement of an auction. Auction Rooms are scheduled for specific dates and times, and each lot has its own defined bidding period.

Blink currently specialises in six principal categories: • Vintage Autos • Fine Arts • Historic Artifacts • Luxury Accoutrements & Timepieces • Fine Wines & Rare Spirits • Memorabilia & Historical Documents Each Auction Room may focus on a particular category, collection, theme or selection of exceptional objects.

No. Blink Marketplace is an auction house. Blink Assets Auction is designed around professionally curated, time-bound Auction Rooms rather than permanent listings. Assets are organised into lots, presented with relevant information and made available for bidding during scheduled auction events. Each lot has a defined bidding period and is not simply left available indefinitely.

Blink combines the principles and experience of a professional auction house with the convenience of digital participation. A physical exhibition or event can take place while collectors elsewhere participate through Blink Assets Auction. Auction Rooms can include asset previews, videos and live Q&A sessions, allowing bidders to learn more about the lots and have their questions addressed in real time. This allows physical and online collectors to participate in the same auction experience.

No. Blink Marketplace is auction-only. Assets offered through Blink Assets Auction are sold through a competitive auction process rather than a fixed-price or instant-buyout system.

Blink is designed for qualified collectors, professional dealers, investors, enthusiasts and other eligible buyers interested in acquiring exceptional objects within our supported categories. Depending on the asset or Auction Room, additional verification may be required.

Yes. Buyers must register on Blink Assets Auction and complete the required registration process before participating. The general process is: Register → Explore Auction Rooms → Review assets in lots → Subscribe to scheduled rooms of interest → Receive notification when the room goes live → Fund your wallet with the required bidding commitment → Place bids → Win → Pay for won assets → Complete Concierge and delivery arrangements.

A Scheduled Room is an upcoming Auction Room that has been created but has not yet gone live. Users can preview its lots and subscribe to receive a notification when it begins. At the scheduled date and time, the room becomes a Live Room and bidding begins. Each Lot has its own defined bidding period. Once the bidding period for a lot ends, bidding closes according to the applicable auction rules. Blink is therefore event-driven rather than a permanent catalogue of assets. The auction has a beginning, a live period and an end, much like a physical auction event.

A bidding commitment is the amount committed through your Blink wallet to enable active participation in an auction. Your commitment is released when: • You are outbid and are no longer the highest bidder; • The lot closes without meeting its confidential reserve price; • You successfully win the asset and complete the required payment; • A dispute is resolved in your favour and the fault is determined not to be yours. Released commitments can then be withdrawn or used for another bidding commitment, subject to the applicable terms. Important: If you win an asset and subsequently decide to back out of the transaction, a penalty or fine may apply. This may involve part or all of the committed amount, depending on the circumstances and applicable auction terms.

Yes. Blink Assets Auction allows qualified collectors to participate remotely. Where an auction is being held physically, the event can also be streamed through the Auction Room so that online participants can follow the event and participate in the same auction.

Where physical inspection or viewing is available, the relevant details will be provided in the Auction Room. Depending on the asset, buyers may also have access to: • Professional photographs • Preview videos • Condition information • Provenance information • Specialist information • Live Q&A sessions Buyers may also request the services of a Blink Assure Specialist for eligible assets. This is a paid specialist service.

Blink Marketplace takes authenticity and accurate representation seriously. Depending on the category and asset, submissions may undergo documentation, verification, ownership checks, physical inspection and/or specialist assessment before being offered for auction. Provenance refers to the documented history of an asset's ownership, origin or previous custody. Where relevant documentation is available, it may form part of the information provided with the lot.

A reserve price is the confidential minimum price at which a consignor has agreed to sell an asset. The reserve price is always confidential and is not disclosed to bidders. If the bidding does not meet the reserve price when the lot closes, the asset does not sell and the applicable bidding commitments are released.

After winning an asset, you can access your Won Assets through your profile. Payment methods, payment instructions, deadlines and other important information will be displayed there. A Blink Concierge agent will be assigned to guide you through the process and personally assist you through completion. Blink Concierge will personally deliver the relevant documents and, where applicable, the asset itself to the successful buyer.

Blink Concierge is Blink's personalised client assistance and delivery service. A Concierge agent assists successful buyers through the post-auction process, including payment guidance, documentation, collection arrangements and delivery. For won assets, the Concierge agent personally delivers the relevant documents and, where applicable, the asset itself.

Individuals, professional dealers, galleries, collectors, estates and other legitimate owners or authorised representatives may submit eligible assets for consideration.

A Consignor is the individual or organisation that entrusts an asset to Blink Marketplace to be offered for sale through an auction. A consignor may be a private collector, dealer, gallery, estate representative or another legitimate owner or authorised representative.

Individual consignors submit their assets through Blink Assets Auction, and Blink Marketplace handles the auction process on their behalf. Once an asset is accepted: • A Blink Curator is assigned to the asset. • The Curator meets the consignor to verify ownership and the asset's location. • The Curator captures professional photographs, videos and other relevant information. • The asset is prepared and placed into an appropriate Auction Room. • The Curator promotes the upcoming auction through their social media platforms. • When the room goes live, the Curator can host live Q&A sessions and address bidders' questions in real time. Blink manages the auction process through to successful completion and settlement. Individual consignors do not host their own auctions.

Yes. Individual consignors will be asked for their preferred auction type: • Public Auction Room, or • Private Auction Room For a private Auction Room, the consignor can provide a list of invited bidders. Blink can then send invitations directly to those individuals. Private auctions will not be publicly announced on social media unless the consignor chooses otherwise.

Dealers can use Blink Assets Auction to manage their own auctions through the platform. Dealers are responsible for handling their auctions using the tools provided by Blink. If a dealer wants additional assistance with presentation, audience engagement, content creation or live Q&A, they can personally request the services of a Blink Curator.

No. Blink Marketplace provides the auction infrastructure, professional presentation and access to qualified bidders, but no auction house can guarantee that an asset will sell or achieve a particular price.

The verification structure depends on the type of user. Dealers: Blink charges a one-time brand verification fee. Individual consignors: Blink charges an asset verification fee for each asset submitted for auction. There is no individual consignor verification fee, and the verification process for ordinary individual users is free of charge. The applicable fee will be communicated through Blink Assets Auction.

Yes. Where applicable, a consignor may agree a confidential reserve price with Blink. The reserve price is always confidential and is not disclosed to bidders.

After a successful transaction, Blink charges a percentage commission on the asset that successfully sells through the platform. The applicable commission and other terms will be communicated through Blink Assets Auction.

Payment to consignors is processed according to Blink Marketplace's applicable settlement terms after the successful completion of the transaction and satisfaction of any applicable payment, dispute or verification requirements.

A Blink Curator is a selected individual who helps present exceptional assets and engage potential bidders through digital content and live auction experiences. Curators may: • Take professional photographs and videos of assets • Tell the stories behind exceptional objects • Create content for upcoming auctions • Promote scheduled Auction Rooms through their social media platforms • Host live Q&A sessions • Address bidders' questions when an Auction Room is live • Help make an auction informative, engaging and accessible

Individuals who are comfortable within the social media ecosystem and have strong communication, storytelling, photography, video and audience-engagement skills can apply through Blink Assets Auction. A Curator does not necessarily need to be a celebrity or have a massive following. The ability to discover interesting things, present them well, communicate confidently and engage an audience is more important.

For individual consignments, the assigned Blink Curator receives: • A commission from the asset verification fee, and • A commission from each successful sale of the assets they curate. Applicable arrangements for other Curator engagements may differ.

A Blink Assure Specialist is a qualified professional or recognised specialist who provides expert knowledge relating to particular assets. Depending on the category, this may include specialists in: • Vintage Autos • Fine Arts • Historic Artifacts • Luxury Accoutrements & Timepieces • Fine Wines & Rare Spirits • Memorabilia & Historical Documents

Yes. Buyers can personally request the services of a Blink Assure Specialist for eligible assets. This is a paid specialist service designed to provide additional professional insight where a buyer requires it.

No. The two roles are distinct. A Blink Curator focuses on presentation, storytelling, content and audience engagement. A Blink Assure Specialist provides professional specialist expertise relating to an asset.

Qualified individuals can apply through Blink Assets Auction. Applications are reviewed according to the requirements of the respective role and area of expertise.

A Blink Auction Room may include: • Asset catalogues and lots • Professional photographs • Preview videos • Asset descriptions • Provenance and supporting information • Bidding functionality • Auction timing • Live auction updates • Live Q&A sessions • Curator presentations • Specialist insights • Other relevant documentation

Yes. A dealer, gallery or other eligible organiser can hold a physical exhibition or auction event while using Blink Assets Auction as the digital Auction Room. The physical event can be streamed to online participants, while both physical and remote collectors participate in the same bidding process.

Yes. Eligible dealers, galleries, organisations and other consignors can use Blink's auction infrastructure to conduct professionally managed auctions through Blink Assets Auction. Dealers can manage their own auctions using the platform, while Curator services can be requested where additional presentation and audience-engagement support is required.

Yes. Blink can support private or invitation-based Auction Rooms where appropriate. For individual consignments, the consignor can provide a list of preferred bidders, and Blink can send invitations directly to them. The private Auction Room will not be publicly promoted unless the consignor chooses otherwise.

If you believe an asset you received does not correspond with its description, you can use the Dispute option available under the Won Asset in your profile. The dispute must be raised within the specified dispute window. If no dispute is raised within the applicable period, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the transaction and the transaction will be closed according to the applicable terms.

If a dispute occurs and it is determined that the fault is not the bidder's, the applicable bidding commitment will be released according to Blink's dispute and settlement terms. Where a bidder is responsible for backing out of a successful purchase, a penalty or fine may apply and may involve part or all of the committed amount.

A winning bid represents a commitment to complete the transaction. If a successful bidder subsequently backs out without an applicable reason recognised under Blink's terms, a penalty or fine may apply. This penalty may involve part or all of the bidding commitment, depending on the circumstances and applicable terms.
